I found a solution right now it's only a "manual" one (no script), but anybody can manage this. as root, one can *lower* the maximum speed of the cpu(s) for me cpupower frequency-set -u 2G did the job, reducing the *maximum* cpu speed to 2GHz (default is 2.4) the temperature went from 95°C to 73°C... and the computer keeps reactive.
