Hi all!
I have changed a monitor. I put the old one on my home server which was running a newer monitor. I have never been running X. But switching monitor brought a problem to me: the terminal is out of sync. How do I set up the frequency rate of my monitor running only from a terminal?
Run the original X configuration program, "xf86config". Then you'll know why X used to be so hard to setup. :-) -- use Perl; #powerful programmable prestidigitation
