[opensuse] What is the meaning of the lp150 part of the packages names in leap 15.0?

Lot of packages have some suffix or part of their name named lp150. What does this mean and why? Zypper dup showed me 600+ packages 'downgraded' probably due to alphabetical ordering or something for many packages when coming from leap 42.3.
