[opensuse] Random Task Bar Lockups

I'm running 10.2 and having a problem with seemingly random taskbar lockups. When it happens I can use any application that isn't minimized, but once minimized, I can't get it back. I was using the vanilla X driver when it started; then I loaded the NVidia driver and it's still happening. Google hasn't been much help here. Any thoughts?
