All 10.0 boxes that I have ssen came with a printed manual.
Ooh, my blunder! There is a book inside, called the "start up" manual or something like that. But that's really no use to me. The Administrator manual that I got with 9.0 is the one I still use every now and then, even on later versions and on SLES (whatever happened to that beautiful packaging that SLES8 came in?). That's the one I'm referring to. An HTML/pdf manual helps, but just doesn't cut it on long plane trips and when you want to do some reading but don't want to stare into the screen....
Thanks Hans
Doesn't help when you want to read the admin in the bath or on the toilet either :-( I still keep my old Admin guides, 9.3 being the latest version. I still remember the PDP and VAX, you got a bundle of reel-to-reel tapes and 5 pulped major desiduous forests in the packaging :-P Dave
