I updated my system with YOU yesterday and one of the things that was update was Thunderbird. Now when I try to use Edit/Find/Search Messages, it says:
XML Parsing Error: syntax error Location: chrome://messenger/content/SearchDialog.xul Line Number 1, Column 1:
urce = RDF.GetResource(uri); ^
Aargh! Has anybody seen this? Does anybody know how to fix it?
I'd like to tell you what version it is but when I click on Help/About, it says:
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed Location: chrome://messenger/content/aboutDialog.xul Line Number 2, Column 8:
</row> -------^
I hate to think what else is broken.
YaST says I have version 1.5.0.7-0.1-i586 installed and that 1.0-5-i586 is available. Is there any way to go back to the version I had yesterday? Oh, I'm on SUSE 9.3.
Thanks and regards, Dave
I'm running MozillaThunderbird-1.5.0.7-0.1 on 9.3, just did Edit/Find/Search Messages twice-- first on a string not found, then on a string which was found-- and didn't get any error either time.
