Xine in SuSE 8.2

Hi; Just noticed that Xine is in SuSE 8.2. This is a program I've been using since I first came to Linux (SuSE 7.2) and with each SuSE upgrade I've had to download and install it myself. I'll still have to install libcss to watch DVDs but what distro would include that. I've tried mplayer but I always get no sound while playing DVDs, while xine has always worked (to some extent).
