I am having a problem ejecting the CDROM after booting the system from the CDROM. (Just whiy I am booting from the CDROM is another problem which has me seriously contemplating a change in Linux distributions.). When I go to the Device Notifier and select Eject I get the following message: "Cannot eject the disc. one or more files on this disc are open with an application" Now, I get the following: computation@abnormal:~> lsof /media/CDROM COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME konsole 8335 computation cwd DIR 11,0 6144 1856 /media/CDROM Killing 8335 closes the Konsole I was using, but the Device Notifier does the same thing, nothing, and gives me the same error message. Help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
