There is a arrow pointer/cursor in the middle of the screen after an upgrade from 13.1 to 13.2. Plus the usual cursor. The extra is a white arrow with black outline. Any thoughts on how to get rid of it.
Lenovo T520 w/ just Intel graphics.
TIA, Jeffrey
I had the same problem (or one very similar) when I did the same upgrade 2 years ago:

I just changed graphic drivers to the modesetting driver, but the problem remained in the original driver so that is likely what you're seeing.
Apparently. I don't have the complicating Optimus/Nvidia hardware. I'll try the modesetting driver. Sigh. I may be updating to Leap sooner than I planned.
The extra cursor has disappeared. I uninstalled the nouveau drivers, at least the packages that do not trigger removing KDE et al.
It's back. I think it's probably where the cursor was on the previous suspend, sometimes somewhere off screen. Also it appears the virtual screen is larger than the physical screen. Often menus and new windows are partially off screen. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
