Hello, I've setup a Win2000 guest OS inside VMWare on my SuSE8.0 box. On my computer I have 2 ethernet cards, eth0 and eth1. eth0 is connected to my DSL connection and eth1 is connected to my network (192.168.15.XX). I am trying to setup bridge hosting between the guest Win2000 os and the host SuSE8.0. This should then enable me to use Samba for file sharing and have the Win2000 os participate in the network. The problem is I think that the virtual ethernet card under VMWare VMnet0 has connected itself to eth0 and it needs to be connected to eth1. The VMWare docs only deal with this when the host is Windows and the instructions don't work for Linux. Does anybody know how to change the link between the virtual and real ethernet cards? TIA, Jethro -------------------------------------------------------
