That's true, But in case of Mailman, the changes made in YaST2 sysconfig are only reflected in the mm_cfg.py file, and the uid/gid for Mailman. My reason for asking is simply the fact that once you hand-edit a file controlled by SuSEconfig, it's for all times excluded from YaST2 influence. A user not too familiar with the system's inner workings (like a client) that gets the machine and then have a need for re-configuration, he/she would probably turn bald trying to change things in YaST2, just to find out nothing happens... To me it's not a problem, but it might well be to some customer that I build a box for, or if I get hired in as a consultant to fix something.
