Did you ever connect a Bluetooth device (e.g.: pointer mouse,...) and forget to disconnect it before shutdown? If you did so, go connect it again and disconnect it before shutdown your system. When you start the system again it should be solved. It looks like the system have not flushed or purged that old device connection.
