yes I have had no other issues between 13.1 or 13.2 (so far :]) now I will re-install on a blank disk and use a different mouse to confirm this, although it does sound more like the UPS to me seeing as it is now working like a laptop battery. In theory, it could be either the wireless mouse battery indicator or the UPS battery monitor..however a safe bet is the mouse. that has some integration with the desktop.
It is just that this particular feature didn't work in 13.1 :-)
