I would like to start by thanking everybody for pointing me to places where I could download Staroffice..
However, I have a corrupt installation script ("setup").. I would appreciate it very much if someone could send me a working script........
Thank you very much in advance.
I bought Caldera's Open Linux 1.1 back around June of '97 and they included a Star Office CD as part of the bundle. What a waste. You're better off spending a few dollars for Applixware or Word Perfect. I cooould not get Star Office to install at all! I fiddled with the rpm's, fiddled with config files - it was pure hell. Star Office poses no threat to any of the other office suites or word processors. There is no point in putting yourself through the agony. -tks- -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
