[opensuse] vlc 2 interface language

Hello: This is on openSUSE 13.1 with its default KDE4 desktop. I have installed vlc 2.1.5 from packman repo. KDE4 desktop language is set to Hungarian, but the vlc interface is English. I would like to set it to Hungarian. All google results suggest that I can change the language in Preferences/Interface, but I don't have any option for changing the language there.
