On XFCE + Leap 15.0, the command does not exit, and I get an icon on the panel, a padlock.

it was a zypper dup about a week ago nuked kgpg :
nuked the Padlock Icon on Panel, and unable execute from CLI
- searching Google : did not find solution , but glimpsed a remark from 2008 : "try execute : kgpg -k "
