Why in the consola appear bash-2.05$

I open the console in kde3.... the normal was linux:/home/juan # but now appear bash-2.05$ and the ls command not show directories and files in color.... why?? this only happen with users, root works fine. if i execute (with the console) the command: export "PS1=\H:\w #" appear OK (linux:/~) and the ls --color show this colors the dir and files.. i put i the file: .~/bashrc the command: PS1="\H:\w # " export PS1 alias ls="ls --color" but not work.... help me please... =(
