[S.u.S.E. Linux] staroffice 4 defaults

I have asked the Stardiv folks this previously but did not receive a reply as of yet so I turn to the StarOffice gurus here. I installed StarOffice as a single user and have gotten the zoom changed the way I want by default. I also have changed the font and measurement of the ruler. How does one change the paper size from A4 to 8.5 by 11 for all new documents? I did create a new default document and guess I could use that; but it seems that one should be able to change this setting more easily than that. Thankx. -- Michael E.
