I have always had extreme difficulty in sending mail from one user to another in SuSE 8.0 - problems that never arose with my previous RedHat 7.0 installation. Running the following as user bjfowler produced the following: [bjfowler ~] $ mail -v bjfowler@localhost -stest24/7 test 24/7 .
