It took me quite a while to discover the bits of the various Gnome desktop tools that were necessary to adjust font and icon sizes for Gnome-based applications. Now QT5-based applications (like keepassxc) are starting to creep into my Leap system, and I'm wondering what I parts I need in order to do the same with them? I _do not_ want to install the entirety of Plasma; I'm quite happy with my Trinity Desktop.

Try qtconfig which is part of libqt4-x11. Despite the name of the package, it does affect Qt5 UIs as well.
