Hmm...how long will akonadi take for some 900MB of mails? It's rattling on the HDDs for nearly 3hrs now. :-/
If you have problems with 4.7.2 use a different KDE version.
It was already suggested to me to use 4.8.3. That's what I use currently. I changed subject accordingly. Anyway - another 2hrs later it was finished but now all the subdirs are also missing and it looks like I have to import each directory from my trusty old SuSE 10.3 KMail. That is tedious and will take ages. I cannot sit in front of KMail and import emails for hours. :-( Is there some simpler and correct way to import the structure and mails of my old 10.3 KMail? Also when opening the old directories and some mails in them KMail takes 100% CPU and it takes approx half a minute before the email is readable. At the same time I am still looking for alternatives (beside thunderbird) since kmail up to now does not seem to be very usable. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
