Unable to print

I made a big mistake: I tried to print from GIMP. I should have known better. When I tried to do so, in SuSE 9.0 Pro, it stopped my printer from printing anything. That was a while back, and I can't remember what I did to fix the situation. I repeated my mistake yesterday with GIMP and SuSE 9.2 Pro with the same result. Now, I can't print from any application, including OpenOffice. I got no error message. YaST printer config is fine. When I do lprm, it says "unable to cancel jobs."
