[opensuse] Ugly CUPS page in 11.4 - no graphics

Hi,

After I upgraded to 11.4 (two machines), the cups page displays with only 
text, the graphic pictures of printers are lost. The icons you could click 
to do actions are lost, instead I see dropdown text only lists.
