http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86_64/ Thank you, Patrick. URL now copied into Bookmarks. The URL above contains a file "latest.txt" with the content:
375.66 375.66/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-375.66.run
How could I find out best, which from the drivers is marked as stable:
375.66/ 378.09/ 378.13/ 381.09/ 381.22/ 384.47/
http://www.nvidia.com for "marked as stable" but any/all may actually be "stable" on your hardware. download them and try. install is simple, "sh ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-384.47.run -aqs". I have used each w/o a problem past maybe requiring a patch for which ever kernel was current atm and I have to use "--install-libglvnd" for *my* nvidia box. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
