Yep. Providers that accept insurance are told what they can charge and have to wait to get the payment. While those who would prefer to pay cash are charged more even though they can pay today. The insurance companies negotiate things this way to discourage providers from taking cash payments. It's rather retarded. Then again, M$ was allowed to charge for a copy of DOS and then DOS/Win for every computer you sold regardless of whether it went out the door with it or whether it was wanted. Money makes the rules.
