Hello, I'm only familar with formatting in Windows. I have a area of my 2nd drive partioined/formated with old data I no longer need. Rather than just delete the tons of files/folders, I just figured I'd reformat it.
I don't want to change its fstab entry, or repartion it. Should this be done in yast2? If so how? Or is the CL better? If so how? Thanks in advance, -Trey
I think you can do it in yast but have a look at man mkfs. Very easy syntax, nothing to it. cheers, Marcel
