Is there a software equivalent of Adobe Acrobat (not referring to Adobe Reader; or other similar KDE/gnome equivalents-Evince, KPDF, X PDF, etc) for Linux; such that I can add comments, do some basic text edits (highlight, underline), etc to a PDF file?
Also, a Clipboard Manager (such as M8 clips -http://m8software.com/clipboards/freeclip/freeclip.htm, or other similar ones) for Linux?
