PCMCIA cardmanager

Once the card manager is up and running is it supose to take care of all of my pcmcia slots? If my laptop have two pcmcia ports once the pcmcia is up it just take care of everything, right? is not that I need to load it twice or enable another feature in a setting, right? ===== Ricardo A.
