k_delft upgarde and a big mess

      I just upgraded k_delft on my 8.0 and before doing so rpm -e i2c-2.7.0-1
and lm_sensors-2.7.0-1. Now when I boot the machine goes to start then
goes only to command line, no kde. If I try to start wvdial it does a
segfault, so I am back on a windoze machine. Can someone suggest what I
might do to correct this problem, other than a reinstall.
