I checked Samsung F24T40 Specifications, and I've understood.

You want get th display mode;

    1920 x 1080 pixels
    Full HD / 1080p

Unfortunately, however, it operates in HD+ resolution mode,
1600x1200x60Hz, and this is the cause of the geometry abnormality.

The solution is to operate it in Full HD resolution mode, and the
method is as follows;

     $ xrandr --output HDMI-0 --scale 1.2x1.2

If it passes the test, edit /usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xsetup as follows;

   1. if there is, remove xrandr --output Virtual1 --mode 1920x1080

then, add this line;

   2. xrandr --output HDMI-0 --scale 1.2x1.2
