Are those sidereal seconds or mean solar seconds? Personally, I have always preferred the sidereal second, but most people seem to have a silly fixation on the sun. It is quite unnecessary, really.
Can we get back to the topic at hand, which is: how does the OP get his system clock to display the correct time?
