You can become a team owner on the Microsoft Teams, can't you? In such a case, you can use teams only within the scope of contract between Microsoft and your organization. And, Microsoft control your behavior with your information on the server, no record in your system. To avoid this issue, 1. install teams in another PC (I have't tried on Virtual Machine, though) or 2. install zoom, or webex in your system.
