Hello:
I would like to go back to LibreOffice 3.3, the last decently working LO version. Despite of the UI changes (removing indication of text boundaries), LO 3.6 and 4.1 does not print duplex pages. Even if I select duplex--long side, LO disregards the setting. Duplex works fine in Adobe Reader.
This is an unacceptable bug which has not been fixed for more than a year.
How could I install LO version 3.3 in openSUSE 12.2? I could not find any repo with 3.3 packages.
Thanks,
Istvan
Thanks for your answer.
Do you have HP printers?
No, this is Kyocera printer with KDPL3 driver (ppd file).
This is not a problem with LO in general, just some printers.
The same printer with the same ppd file worked with LO 3.4 in openSUSE 11.2. It does not work with LO 3.6 and 4.1 in openSUSE 12.2. Selecting the same printer-same driver in Adobe reader: the printer works correctly. One more thing: when I try to print duplex in LO 4.1, the printer pulls back the paper sheets, as it does when prints duplex, but leaves the other sides empty. Any idea?
