Unable to change e-mail on buildservice - had to use portal?

Per, all, Is there are reason we cannot update e-mail on buildservice? I tried, but ended up having to use the portal that had a very odd interface: https://idp-portal.suse.com/univention/self-service/#page=profiledata I recall that info being modifiable in buildservice before (or am I just senile?)
