[opensuse] ATI proprietary driver, should I, and how? 11.4

I have seen about a dozen means to do it. The OSS driver is surprisingly good, but I want more performance for a couple games. First off, should I swith to fglrx? Secondly, why isn't there something simple like the NVidia repo?
