Can someone tell me if the openSUSE-10.2GM_10.3Alpha1-DVD-i386.delta.iso will work with the 10.2 boxed set DVD or must it run against the 10.2GM that was downloaded? I'll try it if no one knows for sure.
The boxed DVD is a biarch DVD9 with a size of 8.5 GB. The DVD we distribute are for a single architecture and have a size of 4 GB.
Therefore: It will not work,

This is really the first time I am applying a delta to a released version of SUSE so would appreciate advice on the small problem (if it is that) I encountered last night. I applied the 10.3Alpha1-DVD delta to the 10.2GM DVD which I downloaded when it was released. This process worked alright (but I have yet to burn the iso to disc). When downloading the 10.3Alpha DVD delta I noticed that there was also a Addon-NonOSS-BiArch delta (which I downloaded). My small problem is this: should I be applying this Addon-NonOSS delta to the newly created 10.3Alpha1 DVD iso? (I tried to do this and got an error message stating that some file has a compression problem. [STUPIDO! Of course I'll get an error message - I haven't burnt the iso to disc so I am working with an iso file!]) Or should both this Addon-NonOSS and the main 10.3Alpha DVD delta be applied simultaneously to the 10.2GM DVD and, if so, how does one do this?
