please read http://linux01.gwdg.de/apt4rpm once more. it stated e.g. that suse-people mantel-kernel may provide software that is to far on the edge. You don't want those to be in your sources.list file all the time.
Which works. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Jerome
I simply split the long line ito several.. I added them five instances / line rpm ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/ SuSE/9.0-i386 update security base kde gnome2 rpm ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/ SuSE/9.0-i386 xfree86 usr-local-bin suser-rbos update-prpm
etc etc etc.. Dunno if thats the best way, but it seems to work for me..
