What problems are you having setting up netscape? You mention you have it installed, do you also have ppp working? Setting up netscape requires you to go into the Preferences menu and set you email address, mail servers, and news servers. To do that, click on Edit and then scroll down to Preferences. Depending on which version you're using things get a little different, but it's pretty straight forward.
