Using SuSE10.0 Retail version from Novell, FireFox 1.5. PDFs Documents only show grey screen. Following Jerry Feldmans procedure I do not find a plugin folder in /opt/MozillaFireFox folder. I find the following: nppdf.so usr/lib/browser-plugins/ Symbolic link usr/lib/firefox/plugins Symbolic Link /usr/X11R6/lib/Acrobat7/Browser/intellinux file Do I remove both the symbolic links? Also running the plugin install script says it cannot find nppdf.so. Do I need to run the script as root? I assume the howto file wants me to use /opt/ MozillaFirefox/lib as the install path. Thanks for any pointers in advance.
I have this problem as well. Fighting other issues and have not had time to investigate why.
