Just done a fresh install of 11.3 x64, and as is often the case, can no longer get Lightning to work in Thunderbird. Believe that on 1st install, Thunderbird was 3.05, and lightning was broke, so (without thinking :-( ), added the Mozilla repo and updated to 3.1 (which I believe I was using in 11.2..) Now definitely can't get lightning to work... Any ideas?
There is no 64bit version of Lightning I think.
No official version at the moment as far as I know. But I have Lighning working with 64 bit Thunderbird version 3.04 on openSUSE 11.2. I've tried to upgrade to 3.05 on 11.2 but that upgrade breaks lightning.
I used the version from <http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/releases/1.0b1/contrib/linux-x86_64/> with TB 3.0.x and it worked always fine.
Have not tried 11.3 yet.
This is not release dependant ;-) For TB 3.0.x you need Lightning 1.0b1, for TB 3.1.x you need Lightning 1.0b2 (the latter runs with TB 3.0.x too, when you deactivate the version check).
