Try again? I don't know what protocols I should be following if/when I want to use a Community Repository to get a package from, nor do I grok how to submit a bug report against them. (to my untrained eyes this error message doesn't look like something I can handle from my end either!) So.... how do I download and install bacula on my system?
Remove those SUSE:SLE* repositories. They do not exist and are not needed. Andrei - It is the Bacula installer itself that is adding the SLE repositories. Marc...
And what makes you think this installer is correct? Hi Andrei, I don't have any reason to think that the installer is either correct or incorrect, other than the fact that the person who configured

I do not know what you call "installer". The generation of 1-click metadata is not suitable for openSUSE Leap 15.3 and above. It is not "broken", it just was never designed for the way Leap is published in Open Build Service. It is correct as far as Open Build Service itself is concerned.
If so, do I submit a bug report against software in a community repo? Or how do I go about getting this problem corrected?
I already told you - remove all those SUSE:SLE* repositories. If you mean - how you prevent this issue from reappearing in the future - I am afraid that is not something that can be expected in any foreseeable future and announcement of ALP as Leap replacement and Leap 15.5 being the last version removes any incentive to work on it now. But of course you can create an issue on https://github.com/openSUSE/software-o-o/issues ...
Despite this issue, it appears that Bacula was successfully installed on my system, though I have not yet set it up and configured it.
