Yeah, the error_log seems to be growing steadily and wrapping occasioanlly, but there's nothing that indicates what might be wrong.
It is starting to look as if cups or the driver is choking on the file, someplace, and some process waits for ever for the stuff to send to the printer. Very wild guess on my part.
