I noticed that /var/tmp gets pretty messy, most if it is things that zypper has left behind, luckally they are not very large it only uses 1,004 B with a total of 1 file and 218 directories, and I was wondering if it is recommended to clean this directory or if it contains files zypper needs to stay there even between checks.
If it was needed at a later date, then it would not be placed in a tmp directory. You can safely REMOVE everything in a /tmp, /var/tmp, and any other tmp directory after the operation which created it has completed. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
