You're a brave man.. I've got a multi-gig SCA(?) drive here and the Adaptec 29160 sitting here. I just-assumed the 29160 would fit into my old 200MHz-P5 motherboard. But nooooooo! I also `just-assumed' that PCI == PCI; I don't keep up with the gamers in the DOA/Windows realm, but evidently in the name of improving things, there is a new-PCI. Sorry for the rant.... Anyhow, since I just bought this new 500MHz PC, I figure whatever it has with take my 29160...... (*mumble*) gary -- Gary D.
