Greetings from a newbie.
Whenever I login as root, YaST automatically runs. When I quit YaST, it automatically logs out as root. It used to not do this, but started about a month ago.
I'm running Suse Personal 9.1 with KDE.
On the advice of Suse Tech support, I've tried: editing /opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc to make sure that 'AllowRootLogin=true'
I've made sure that DISPLAYMANAGER="kdm" in /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager
Anyone have any ideas?
How about you log in as root and click on something other than "Admin" in the little drop down menu that asks what type of session you want?
