Since the recent update, I can no longer use Ctl-Alt-Fn to switch to a text console on my main computer. However, it still works on my ThinkPad.
Any idea what might have caused this? Is there a setting somewhere that I can't seem to find?
tnx jk
I'm not aware of any such setting. Nor did I have any such problem with the recent upgrade.
Have you tried a reboot? After the last update, I found it necessary to reboot to get some things working again, (Network Management settings app couldn't find any interfaces even though they were active and operational).
Same thing here. I now find that rebooting is becoming more and more necessary.
Seems you have to log out and log back in again simply to change sound system backends. Its like the Microsoft influence has started sneaking into Linux.
