I've always just downloaded the tarball from OOo's website, and insalled the rpm's that are in it for SuSE (right-click on the tarball and extract->extract here, then open konsole, type cd oo2-> cd blahnativepackedblah-> cd RPMS then as su, rpm -Uvh *.rpm, then SuSEconfig, then cd desktop.integration and rpm -Uvh <the SuSE rpm>, and SuSEconfig once more). I've never had a problem yet doing it that way.
Yeah. I didn't go quite that far, but the principle's the same. I uninstalled OOo.org and then re-installed from scratch. That sorted it out. Thanks for your answer. It nudged me in the right direction. Cheers Peter -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
