Here's your salvation (and yes, this pissed me off TREMENDOUSLY):
Go into /etc/apsfilterrc . Believe it or not, they documented everything right in the file! Pretty darn cool- would have been even cooler had I known to look there intitially! You'll see a config paramter about halfway thru the file that has four options. What you want, if you're like most people, is one page per sheet, no header. Change the option to the one you REALLY want, and save the file. That's it! :)
Any questions, give a shout. I have a shared Windoesn't 95/Linux partition I can copy the file to and then post it here if you get stuck.
