Well I just got a message from the accessrunner list and I attach it. I find difficulty in understanding it (the attached mail) for two reasons: 1. the writer of the mail is Thai and his English is a bit "different". 2. I am not as techie as the writer of this mail. So I would appreciate help in translating this to a format I can understand.
