Problem: nothing provides '(python311-pooch >= 1.0 with python311-pooch < 1.7)' needed by the to be installed python311-librosa-0.10.1-1.4.noarch
librosa failed to build against current pooch (some tests failed), so you are left with an outdated package with requirements that are no longer available. If you do not need librosa itself, just remove it.
Solution 1: do not install pitivi-2023.03-1.3.x86_64 Solution 2: break python311-librosa-0.10.1-1.4.noarch by ignoring some of its>

Any suggestion or should I raise a bug?
I think librosa is drawn is as "recommends" by pitivi (or as a dependency). I actually ignore if the requirement is binding (hence influencing the functionality of pitivi or no.
I will simply try to open a bug against the problem, as I have no urgency but other users should not run into the problem.
Thank you for your help and interest to both of you @Andrei and @Masaru
Opened as Bug 1215774 on opensuse bugzilla (if somebody has the same issue).
